A new study has been done and the results released. The news people would have you believe this study has shown us the light. In a surprising finding they have proven if you don't eat breakfast before working out your body will draw upon its' fat reserves to gain energy. It you do this everyday you will lose weight.
Well,that certainly is earth shattering news. These were some pretty smart researchers let me tell you.
Imagine,if you don't eat,then exercise heavily,you lose weight. Who knew.
These studies just annoy me. Why not use the money spent researching something that is obvious on something more meaningful or useful. Duh,lets feed those that can't afford to eat. We will study them to see if they gain weight. I am no workout person but know this much,don't eat a heavy meal before strenuous activity. Usually makes you sick or lazy. If you don't eat you lose weight. Why research common sense ?
I am just amazed that any scientist would be associated with such a lamebrained study. This is something any person would know. Why do they feel the need to prove the obvious. Even more amazing is that anyone would fund it. I wanna see if you don't eat will you lose weight. Sure heres' a couple hundred thousand,check it out .
